Ameya Heights is a founder-led developer in Bangalore and Chennai. We do not publish testimonials we cannot prove, ratings we did not earn, or approvals we do not hold. We publish a standard and the evidence behind it. If we fall short, you have our name and number.

Founder-signed accountability
Every development carries the founder's name. If something is promised, a named person answers for it.
Approvals before you pay
We secure the statutory approvals a sale needs before we ask you for money, and we state plainly what is held and what is still to follow.
No pre-launch sales
No selling on renders and soft-launch urgency. If it is not ready to be sold honestly, it is not for sale.
Direct founder communication
A named member of the team, often the founder, replies directly, usually within a couple of hours. No call-centre, no ticket number.
Built in the open
Dated photographs from the site, posted as it happens. Watch the building go up, not just the finished photograph.
Verifiable proof, not a pitch
Approval references, authorities and documents, put in front of you to check independently.
