How buying works, start to keys.
The whole process, without pressure: what to check, what you pay and when, and how financing and approvals fit. This page is guidance to help you decide; it is not a booking or an offer.
The process, step by step.
Short and documented. You never commit before you’ve seen the papers.
Enquire
Tell us what you need. We share what fits, the indicative price and availability, by call, WhatsApp or email, in English, Hindi or Arabic.
Verify
Review the layout, approvals and title before any commitment. Check everything; take nothing on trust.
Finance
Indian banks and NBFCs finance both resident and NRI purchases; the EMI calculator gives an indicative instalment in seconds.
Agreement
Every cost is clear before you sign: base price, stamp duty and registration, and GST where a property is under construction.
Registration & handover
The sale is registered and possession handed over on the agreed timeline, paperwork clean throughout.
Aftercare
We stay reachable after handover: one accountable team, long after the papers are signed.
