- Someone from the founder’s team, by name, at the site. The founder, Sahil Nahar, is personally accountable for what we tell you.
- How long
- As long as you need. There is no script and no clock; tell us how much time you have when we confirm, and we plan around it.
- What you’ll see
FOUR·94, the building as it stands. As of October 2026, foundation, basement and ground floor are complete and first-floor shuttering is in progress. We walk you through options, timelines and terms on the ground.

- Ask, and we take you through where each approval stands. Approval and title documents and the encumbrance certificate are shared privately, on request, so your own advocate can verify everything before you commit.
